My Background

“Enabling dreams to come true through healthy living”

I didn’t find what I really wanted to do in life until it threw some punches at me that landed hard. Helping others try and become the best version of themselves so that they know they’re focused on who and what matters most to them is what truly motivates me. And when one life changes for the better, it creates space for other lives around them to be better too.

Our Personal Lives…

…crave attention. After all, in almost every session I train where I ask participants to name what’s most important to them, 100% of the time Family is in the top 2… and the other isn’t work (hint: it’s faith). So focusing here to make sure it’s the solid foundation of someone’s life is critical.

But we also work…

…how else do we survive? We spend an awful lot of time working, and making the most out of that work is key to enabling your wellbeing. A typical corporate employee sees their co-workers for 40-50 hours during a workweek and their family for 30. It would be nice if that job brought some happiness too.

So wouldn’t it be nice…

… if we could develop daily practices where both worked in concert with each other? If we just referred to ‘life’ rather than our personal life or our work life? If we made sure that our foundation was strong to support everything that we were doing? That we were content enough with that life to post a silly picture of our family online for the world to see, on a professional website no less?

That’s my hope for everyone that works with me.

Let’s get to where you want to go.
