It's Personal For Me
For me, Simplify to Amplify is far more than a coaching framework. It’s how I try to live my own life every day. I’ve juggled careers in corporate America, nonprofit leadership, and health and wellness. I’m a husband, a dad of three daughters, a writer, a coach, and a lover of donuts and sneakers (I mean, who isn’t, right?!). Life gets loud. It’s easy to lose sight of what matters.
Over the years, I’ve learned that when I pour extraordinary time and attention into my
core priorities – my family, my faith, my health, my purpose – I’m not just healthier. I’m more fulfilled. And I’m better for the people around me.
That’s what Simplify to Amplify is all about. It’s not about doing less. It’s about giving more of yourself to your right things.
Why It Matters?
Life today is noisy and demanding. We’re pulled in a hundred directions… at work, at home, in our own minds. Simplify to Amplify helps you:
- Identify what truly matters to you
- Align your energy and actions with your purpose
- Build sustainable habits that keep you strong and present
This isn’t about perfection either. It’s about clarity, intention, and showing up fully where it matters most.
Elements of Vitality
At the heart of Simplify to Amplify are the Elements of Vitality:
- Soul: Purpose, values, and meaningful contribution.
- Mind: Focus, learning, mental resilience.
- Heart: Empathy, connection, emotional presence.
- Body: Nutrition, exercise, sleep, and wellness.
While life naturally starts from the physical and progresses to the soulful, true change happens when we begin with our purpose and align every other part of ourselves behind it.
