Making Life Remarkable

The work that reflects my belief in living with purpose.

The projects I’ve chosen to invest in reflect the heart of what I believe and how I try to live. Simplify to Amplify isn’t just a coaching framework; it’s a way of life centered on love, purpose, and doing meaningful things that serve others.

These values of kindness, respect, humility, and presence shape everything I do, from my professional work to the personal projects that matter most. Here’s a glimpse into some of the ways I try to live that out.

A father is often the first man a daughter loves, and how he shows up shapes her life in countless ways. Shoebox Letters invites you into that relationship through over thirty heartfelt letters written by daughters of all ages, sharing gratitude, vulnerability, and wisdom.

From teenagers to baby boomers, these voices reveal nine powerful themes about fatherhood every dad should understand. Whether you’re raising a little girl or reflecting on your role as a father, these letters offer a guide to becoming a true hero in your daughter’s eyes.

And is that what Simplify to Amplify is all about… giving more of yourself to the right things.

Outdoor basketball courts have always been more than concrete and paint. They’re gathering places, creative spaces, and homes for connection and community. Courts of Art was born from a simple idea: to transform worn courts into vibrant, playable works of art that inspire everyone who steps onto them.

Our project at Eden Park in Cincinnati, Ohio, brought this vision to life. We didn’t just fix cracks and repaint lines. We turned the entire surface into a giant canvas, blending function with artistry and breathing new life into the neighborhood.

It’s more than a court. It’s an experience inspired by the park it serves, and it’s a reminder of how art and community can transform the spaces we share.

Living well shouldn’t feel like a chore. It should feel irresistible. That’s the mission at the heart of go Vibrant, a Cincinnati nonprofit dedicated to making active, energetic living an everyday part of people’s lives.

I stepped into the role of Executive Director in 2013, followed by a role on the Board of Directors, helping lead go Vibrant through a period of growth and broader community impact. We brought wellness into new spaces and expanded partnerships across the city with organizations like the iconic Taste of Cincinnati.

My time with go Vibrant was more than just nonprofit work as it was an extension of the same purpose behind my coaching practice: focusing extraordinary time and energy on the things that matter most so individuals and communities can thrive.

As both an Executive-in-Residence (EiR) and a member of the Board of Advisors for Purdue’s EiR program, I’m passionate about giving back to the next generation. EiR connects alumni with Purdue students in University Residences, creating unique opportunities for meaningful conversations and mentorship.

Whether in classrooms, residence halls, or over a meal, I have loved sharing stories, experiences, and time to help students as they find their right path.
